When people come to college, they are given an almost overwhelming amount of choices. What major? What church? Which friends? What organization? What extracurricular activities? The path you create for yourself is exciting; and sometimes scary. But, at the end of the path lies a degree, and, along with it, a new career.
Let’s be real, one of the best parts of coworking is all of the perks. From ping pong boardrooms and bottomless coffee to treadmill desks (yes, these really do exist), networking events, and the high-speed wifi of your dreams– getting a coworking membership will undoubtedly be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.
Before coming to college, I assumed that my professors would be too busy to invest in my life, to hear my ideas, or to care about my future. However, this idea changed my Freshman year when my professors gave up their time to help me work through problems or to listen to my ideas for a paper. Now that I'm in my Senior year, it's hard to me to imagine what these past four years would have been like without the support and guidance of my professors.
