Easter Sunday - Resurrection Thoughts

Easter Sunday - Resurrection Thoughts

Many of us know that today is the day when we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and thank Him for what He did for us. But sometimes this day can turn into one of those ‘going through the motions” days and it loses its meaning. So, how we can celebrate Easter without becoming desensitized to what God has done for us? MC's Counseling Services

MC's Counseling Services

Just like God gave us doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and physical trainers, He also gave us counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and friends. With this in mind, it’s important to understand that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. It doesn’t have to begin with a big issue – it could be something that starts with getting to know yourself better or just meeting with someone as a way to “check-up” on your mental health. Whether you’ve felt like you need help, or you just want to check-up on your mental health, MC’s Counseling and Disability Department is a great place for you to turn to. Read more here.
