My friends and I are constantly recommending different podcasts and teachings to each other, and that habit has become one of my favorite things. It's been really cool to get to come alongside my community here and learn together both on Sunday morning and throughout the week. I believe that there is so much power in pursuing knowledge and listening to what other people have to say, which is why I've made listening to teachings, while also also attending church weekly in Jackson, a regular part of my life. A lot of times, I find myself listening to a teaching (both on Sunday morning and via a podcast) and think, "Man, I think this is really important. I wish everyone ever could listen to this."

So today, I'm doing what I can to make that happen by gathering the other Choctawkers as we share with y'all some of our favorite teachings.

Note: The podcasts and teachings mentioned in this blog come by recommendation of the writers, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or theology of Mississippi College.

The World's Response to My Faith

This message is not easy to hear, but it's something I needed to hear.  Our faith will ultimately lead us to the road of persecution.  However, if we continue to walk with Him, He will lead us through it.
