Congratulations! You’ve made it to late February without going completely crazy. For most of you its almost mid term time. We here at Choctawk have given you plenty of tips as to how to properly study for exams, how to get through writing a big paper, and even what to listen to while studying,
When I was in college (graduated from MC this past May) one of the ways that I relieved some “I can’t study for this test any more/ I can’t write this paper” stress was to rearrange my dorm room. My roommate and I would move our beds, bunk the beds, slide our desks around, you name it we did it.
Moving the furniture gets you out of your chair or off your bed and gets the blood pumping! That release of stress energy will help you buckle down and focus.
Check out these dorm rooms!
Try angling one of the desks in a corner like this room. There are a lot of other organization and styling tips here as well.
Push your dressers together for an extra large space.

Kind of the same thing as before, but push your desks together side by side. They are long enough to use the middle space a cool display area and you’ll still have plenty of room to do actual work.

Bunk the Beds! This is the ultimate way to maximize the space of your room.
You can find this photo and a ton of helpful dormganization (dorm + organization) tips here.
Don’t limit yourself on your dorm room layout!
