It is that time of the year again- the beloved Halloween season.  A lot of people get really into this holiday, and there are always a lot of parties around this time of year. The problem comes when you really do not have that much money, and you want a costume that is really cool.  What should you do in this situation? I will tell you.  If you want to spend between 20-40 dollars, you can get a ready made costume at Wal-Mart or somewhere of that nature.  I like to buy a few accessories and then use them with clothes that I already own or clothes that a friend of mine owns.  It is amazing what you can do with this.  My roommate and I are attending a Halloween party tomorrow night and we are going as fairies.  We just needed to buy wings, which cost us about $3.50 each from Kroger. We are using a few other accessories and just having a good time with it.  I hope this helps a few of you, and I hope you can come up with something clever.  Here is a list of things that are generally easy to dress up as without having to go buy things:

1. Any time period of something (50s, 60s,etc.)

2. A fairy 

3. A rocker/punk

4. A movie star

5. A barbie

6. A homeless person/beggar

8. A ghost

9. Gangsta
